When you submit our contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and any details you include about your project, timeline, or budget. We don’t collect anything beyond what you voluntarily submit.

If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence for as long as it’s relevant to our conversation or engagement with you.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we’ll update this policy to describe what’s collected and how long it’s retained.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where applicable (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR), we process your information based on your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Form submissions are delivered by email through our email service provider, which processes the message in transit. This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes data as our infrastructure provider.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we’re required to keep them longer for legal reasons.

This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics, session tools, or embedded media in the future, we’ll list each cookie, its purpose, and its lifetime here, and add a consent banner where required.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, object to how it’s processed, or request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@kyron.tech and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re located in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you’re contacting us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect it in transit and at rest.

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
